As previously reported, in May 2023, the NGO Sonze eV launched the Supervision project.
The first group with the specialists of the project “With the Sun in Every Heart” was the Balint group, which was led by Alexander Azatovich Stogniy.
The process of work is structured in such a way that participants can not only expand their professional experience, but also deeply work through their request, see their vulnerabilities and choose the appropriate method of working out the problem. If you look deeper, you will see a collaboration of deep processes inside each participant. This includes self-knowledge through observation of others, familiarity with one’s archetypes, and cultivation of internal supports, both personal and professional. In addition, meetings of this format prevent professional stress and burnout, help to restore and increase one’s professional strength.
The first meeting of the Balint’s group allowed the participants to explore the emotional and unconscious parts of their psyche, which will help them to bring the quality of their practice to a higher level.
