On September 16, a seminar on “Dealing with Trauma in Everyday School Life” was held by the NGO Sonze for teachers of German secondary schools who also work with Ukrainian children.
The seminar was led by Elina Weinberg, head of Sonze and author of the project “With the Sun in Every Heart”.
The seminar was attended by teachers from schools in Schleswig-Holstein.
The meeting consisted of two parts.
The first part was about the “acceptance curve” in dealing with crisis situations.
The second part of the seminar was devoted to the protocol of first psychological aid in case of stress.
This is not the last seminar organized by Sonze for teachers and workers of helping professions.
